Follow the real-time status of your BEGO crown, bridge, custom abutment or partial denture orders. The BEGOconnectApp operates as a virtual window into the hightech production center of BEGO and can easily be installed via your BEGO customer support onto your desktop device.

After registering with the BEGO customer number and password, users can check whether their orders have been received by BEGO, are in data preparation or production, have been produced or already sent to the customer. Additionally, the app provides the opportunity to track the delivery status of the courier service provider.

BEGO File Generator

If you work with a 3D CAD scanner system which delivers STL data, you can use the BEGO FileGenerator to transmit the data.

You will need an internet connection of the scanner system and a valid BEGO customer number. If you do not have BEGO customer number, please install the BEGO File Generator and enter your valid address data. After successful installation, you get sent within 3 working days your BEGO customer number.

BEGO CAD/CAM order portal

With the BEGO CAD/CAM order portal, you can send STL data of dental restorations to the central production of BEGO Medical in Bremen. You'll need a 3D CAD system scanner that can export STL files. The exported STL data can be sent to production after modeling in our set up for this portal to upload to the website and after the entry of the order data.
